If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, you have 14 days from receipt to make us aware.
Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition with bags and tags intact. We offer a 14 day MoneyBack Guarantee.
FREE RETURNS do not apply to orders of the same item in different sizes or variations.
To make it as easy as possible for you to return your online purchase follow the simple steps below.
1. Place the item(s) into your box or bag (Please ensure they are in their original condition with bags and tags intact!),
2. Log into your ACCOUNT and CLICK on the Item(s) to be returned from your COMPLETED orders and then CLICK on REQUEST RETURN,
3. Complete the form ENSURING YOU COMPLETE THE QUANTITY TO RETURN section and outlining the reason for the return and SUBMIT,
4. WAIT for Instructions detailing RETURN ADDRESS LABEL and PICK UP TIME.
Proof of postage
We strongly recommend you get proof of postage (it's free at the Post Office, Parcel Shops and return centres).
To ensure the item returns to the correct warehouse address and secure your refund please ONLY USE the details on the label / barcode we send you via email.
No Printer...No Problem
You can take the image of the label to a post office (present it on your phone or mobile device) and they will scan and print the label for you.

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
INTERNATIONAL - RETURN BY POST
The original card holder will be credited when using this return method.
Take your sealed box or bag to a Post Office or courier company and send it to the return address highlighted on the original packaging. (remember to get proof of posting):
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility; therefore we suggest you arrange a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
REFUNDS Please allow up to 10–15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.
SALE RETURNS POLICY Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of a shopping credit) if returned within their original condition with proof of purchase, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 10 days (whichever is earlier).
UNDERWEAR, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, LINGERIE AND PERSONAL ELECTRICAL ITEM RETURNS As per distance selling regulations, for reasons of hygiene, we do not offer refunds for return of underwear, bodysuits, lingerie, sunglasses or personal electrical items like headphones or phone cases.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services department using the contact form so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery
CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel an order placed please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email using the contact form. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
